For legal reasons it’s not so easy to include trademarked icons in virt-manager.

Inspection in virt-manager
Using a background thread, inspect the virt-manager VMs and (just for a quick example) add the hostname to the user interface. I’m hoping in future that we can do things like changing those boring generic computer icons into operating system logos, displaying disk usage, and lots more.

Announcing: The virt-tools.org website
Virt Tools are open source virtualization management tools for Linux system administrators. The virt tools site provides tutorials, videos, documentation, online help and roadmaps to help you get started with and understand the tools.
This is an umbrella project that I’ve been organizing for a couple of months. It doesn’t replace the upstream projects, but it provides somewhere we can supply cross-tool support — you want to edit a VM with guestfish, start it with libvirt, and view the console with virt-viewer: where does that documentation go?
The site is open source too. You can download the source from the git repository.
